In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "999r", "the Platform", "the Company", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 999r website at 999r.cam, operating under an international gaming license.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or uses the 999r platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account held on the 999r platform, associated with a unique username and password.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, sports betting, casino, and related services made available through the 999r platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and support functions.
• "Funds" refers to any real-money balance held within a player's 999r account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits added to a player's account, which are subject to wagering requirements and are distinct from real-money funds until those requirements are satisfied.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Person" refers to any individual under 21 years of age, any individual located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, or any individual who is otherwise ineligible to use the 999r platform under these Terms.

By registering an account on 999r, depositing funds, or using any 999r Service, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the 999r Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and 999r in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind, whether oral or written.

If you are accessing the 999r platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and that by accepting these Terms you are doing so on behalf of that person.

To be eligible to register and use 999r, you must meet all of the following criteria:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during the use of 999r Services.
2. You are registering as an individual in your own legal capacity and not on behalf of a third party.
3. You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with local laws.
4. You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from any gambling platform or been subject to a mandatory exclusion order.
5. You are of sound mind and acting of your own free will without being subject to any external compulsion.

999r reserves the right to require documentary proof of age and identity at any stage, including but not limited to at the time of registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or at any point where 999r has reasonable grounds to believe that a player may not meet the eligibility criteria. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of the account and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access the full range of 999r Services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 999r. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile telephone number registered in your own name. 999r is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate registration information.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 999r login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 999r will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your 999r account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• KYC Compliance: 999r operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with the requirements of its international gaming license. You agree to provide all documentation requested for KYC purposes within the timeframes specified by 999r.

All financial transactions on 999r are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, and Meezan Bank Internet Banking.

• Deposits: All deposit methods are subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits displayed at the point of deposit. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are generally credited to your 999r account instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within a few minutes, subject to bank processing times.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit is Rs. 200, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to 999r's verification requirements. 999r reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Withdrawing real-money funds prior to completing wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds.
• Fees: 999r does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their own payment provider.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by 999r:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and are subject to the age and eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and may result in account suspension.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 999r reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to the requirements of applicable law and its gaming license obligations.
• Bonus funds are valid for a limited time only. Bonus balances that are not used or wagered within the specified validity period will be automatically forfeited without notice.
• 999r reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploitation, or any form of strategy designed to extract value from promotions in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.

All bets and wagers placed through 999r are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports betting market. The following general conditions apply across all Services:

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled or modified after they have been accepted by the 999r system, except where an obvious error in odds or game outcome is subsequently identified and corrected.
• 999r reserves the right to void any bet or wager that it determines, in its reasonable judgement, was placed in error, was accepted due to a technical fault, or is subject to manipulation, collusion, or fraud.
• In-play sports bets are accepted subject to current market availability. 999r does not guarantee the availability of any specific in-play market at any given time.
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the outcome of physical game equipment operated under independent supervision. 999r does not have the ability to alter game outcomes.
• In the event of a dispute regarding any game outcome or bet settlement, the records held in the 999r system shall be the primary reference point, subject to any available game replay or audit data.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 999r. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 999r platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity or payment information without their consent.
• Any form of collusion, including coordinating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to interact with the 999r platform.
• Any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematic exploitation of wagering requirements, coordinated bonus harvesting across multiple accounts, or manipulation of wagering activity to circumvent bonus terms.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or is reasonably suspected to constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or compromise the security or integrity of the 999r platform, its systems, or the data of other players.
• Using the 999r platform in any manner that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the requirements of 999r's international gaming license.

All content on the 999r platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, and data — is the property of 999r or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, broadcast, transmit, distribute, or exploit any part of the 999r platform or its content for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of 999r.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999r shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the 999r platform or Services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or technical malfunction of the 999r platform or any of its Services, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond the reasonable control of 999r.
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• The conduct or acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service partners of 999r.

999r does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where statutory consumer protections apply, those protections are not affected by these Terms.

999r provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible at any time from the account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session length alerts or hard cut-offs to control the time spent on the platform.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month. Once your limit is reached, betting is suspended until the reset period.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude your account for a period of your choosing — from one week up to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the platform without formal self-exclusion. Your account is suspended for the selected period.

999r reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy age verification or KYC requirements within the timeframe specified.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, or money laundering.
• Any activity that 999r reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of any forfeited bonus funds or amounts subject to investigation will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of applicable verification procedures. 999r is not obligated to return funds associated with accounts terminated due to confirmed fraud or material breach of these Terms.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the 999r support team via Live Chat. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible remaining balance will be paid out accordingly.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999r's international gaming license is issued. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 999r's internal dispute resolution procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits or excludes the statutory consumer rights available to players under applicable local law.

999r reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by a prominent notice on the platform, not less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the 999r platform after any amended Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and the return of any eligible balance.
